Preparing for Your First Visit
We know your time is valuable and important to you, which is why we always respect our new clients' time and provide all necessary forms and paperwork for your first visit right here on our website. On our "online forms" page, you can view, download, and print all required new patient forms, so you can easily fill them out prior to your first visit. After all, who wants to spend the first 20 minutes of their visit to our office filling out paperwork? By arriving with your forms already completed, we can quickly get you entered into our system and have your pet seen by our veterinary team as promptly as possible.
When you and your pet first set foot (or paws) inside our office, you'll notice that we strive to maintain a warm, welcoming, and child-friendly environment. Our office staff will greet you and your pet, receive your paperwork, and answer any questions you may have before you and your pet meet with our veterinary staff. From there, our assistants and veterinarians will take time to make your pet as comfortable as possible and get to know you both. This will be a great opportunity for you to express any concerns or questions you may have about your pet's health before completing an exam.
Resources and Payment Options
We take our responsibility to keep pet owners informed and educated very seriously, which is why we always take the time to answer questions and thoroughly explain any procedures. We also maintain a blog and offer a variety of useful resources for pet owners on our website. Because we believe all pets are entitled to quality veterinary care, we also offer a variety of payment and financing options in our office. We accept debit and credit cards, as well as cash. We also offer CareCredit financing, which is a great option for unexpected veterinary costs from emergency surgeries or other urgent situations.
